(hereinafter "the Company") values users' personal information and is committed to handling it safely in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws.     The Company destroys personal information without delay once the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing is achieved. The destruction procedures are as follows:

  • Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

    The Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties, in principle, except:

    • - With the user’s prior consent
    • - When specifically required by law
    • - When necessary for statistical analysis, academic research, or market research, provided that the information is anonymized and cannot be used to identify data subjects

  • Article 6 (User Rights and How to Exercise Them)

    The Company does not require membership registration; therefore, there is no separate procedure for exercising user rights. However, for inquiries regarding personal information errors, users may contact the Privacy Officer listed below for guidance.

  • Article 7 (Installation/Operation and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices)

    The Company does not install or operate automatic personal information collection devices such as cookies to provide customized services to users.
