Terms of Use of the HAKSAN Culture Website

  • Article 1 (Purpose)

    These Terms of Use set forth the conditions and procedures for using the website https://www.haksanpub.co.kr (hereinafter "the Website") provided by HAKSAN Culture Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

    2. Any litigations filed in relation to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

    These Terms of Use is effective as of October 13, 2025.
